1. Acceptance of Terms
Using Elementrix Technologies LLC services means you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the services or platforms.
2. Services
Elementrix Technologies LLC offers digital marketing including Google Ads, SEO, social media management, web design and development, content creation and online advertising. Specific services are defined in a separate agreement with the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, current information and follow Elementrix Technologies LLC guidelines needed for service delivery.
4. Payments and Fees
Payment terms are set in the service agreement. Clients must pay on time; late or missed payments may lead to suspension or termination.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep each other's proprietary information confidential. For Elementrix Technologies LLC, this covers client business strategies and financial data.
6. Intellectual Property
The client owns intellectual property created through the services unless agreed otherwise in writing. Elementrix Technologies LLC may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and marketing.
7. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate with written notice. Clients owe any fees incurred up to the termination date.
8. Limitation of Liability
Elementrix Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive damages. Total liability is capped at the amount the client paid for the services.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida as on the source page.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update the terms at any time and will notify clients. Continued use after changes counts as acceptance.
11. Refund Policy
Clients have three days from the agreement date to review the work order and cancel without penalty. Cancelling from day 3 through day 10 incurs a 50% cancellation fee of the total project cost. After 10 days no refund is issued upon cancellation. Proceeding means the client accepts these terms.
