We are thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you with your Website Design and Development project. Below the scope of work as discussed. Kindly agree to the following terms before we commence:

Upon Signatures:
You will receive a call for onboarding, details verification, and implementation.
For any Add-Ons, an accounts manager will be assigned to your project.
All payments are non-Refundable.

Terms and Conditions:
I understand that this is a one-time payment.
In the event I want to cancel my services I will be providing Elementrix Technologies a 30 days prior notice of cancellation.

I also want to inform you that you have a 3-day period from today to review the work order and cancel the project without any penalty. If you choose to cancel the project after the 3-day period, there will be a 50% cancellation fee based on the total project cost.

Agreement Details:
This agreement is made between Elementrix Technologies LLC and Carolina Care Consultancy LLC on 2024-10-28. I Kani Touray understand that I am purchasing the following:

Project Start Date: The project is scheduled to begin on 2024-10-28.
Project Completion Date: We anticipate the project will be completed by 2024-11-08.
